What to do with toner sales calls

Monday, May 16th, 2016

It has been reported that there is an individual who is phishing for information and trying to sell toner over the phone. If you receive this call, please do the following:

  1. Try and get his name, company name and phone number, then try and send him directly to Richard Silver.
  2. If that approach does not work, tell him that Print Services takes care of toner needs.
  3. Do not give out any information regarding your printer, copier or printing needs for your department.

If you have any questions concerning this incident, please feel free to contact Richard at 503-554-2551 or rsilver@georgefox.edu.
