February student employee time sheets due in HR

Monday, February 27th, 2012

Student supervisors: Pay day for student employees is Thursday, March 15. For us to meet this deadline we need your students’ January time sheets by Friday, March 2, by 5 p.m. If you are on the Newberg campus, please hand-deliver the time sheets. If you send them with a student, make sure you place them in a sealed envelope. Any time sheets received after this deadline may not get paid on the 15th.

Please be sure the student’s name, ID number and cost center number is legible on each one. Also, don’t forget to sign them and be sure the students did as well. Please do not send students to HR to sign their time sheets.

Thanks so much for helping us get our students paid in a timely manner!

Student seeks help in finding glasses

Monday, February 27th, 2012

I lost my glasses in EHS 102 Thursday, Feb. 23, and am wondering if either: 1) anyone has found them and could give me a call, or 2 ) if people could keep their eyes out for them in case they show up.

I really need them because it makes it harder for me to learn without them, and would appreciate anyone who finds them to hold them for me and call me at 503-504-1891 or e-mail me at dbrooks11@georgefox.edu.

Thanks,
David Brooks
