The FAFSA needs to be completed each year to receive certain financial aid such as Pell and state grants, student employment, and loans. Be sure to file your FAFSA as soon as possible. Some federal and state funds are limited for undergraduate students, so don’t miss out on this opportunity!
Questions? Check out our FAFSA FAQ or contact the financial aid office at finaid@georgefox.edu or 503-554-2302. You can also schedule an appointment at gfufa.as.me.

Loving-kindness, compassion, joy and equanimity. These four qualities are used as tools to cultivate a mind and heart of ease and wellbeing that benefits not only oneself but all of those around us.
Today, contemporary research studies are showing that practicing these qualities on a daily basis “increases one’s positive emotions and one’s degree of satisfaction with existence. The subjects feel more joy, kindness, gratitude, hope and enthusiasm, and the longer their training was, the more marked were the positive effects” (Journal of Personality and Social Psychology).
A seven-session series on the topic begins on Monday, Jan. 9, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and runs through April 3. The class meets online the second and fourth Monday of the month.
Click here to learn more and register, and contact Aga Luptak at aluptak@georgefox.edu with any questions.
