Building security and your safety-please read

Friday, July 10th, 2009

Students: Please do NOT prop open external doors in the evenings. We have had several instances of finding the doors propped open lately.

Why do we have the doors locked at 7:15 p.m.? In the last year we’ve had three occasions in the late evening of prowlers looking for items to steal. One of the occurrences left significant damage to many offices and gained access to secure areas.

We lock the doors in the evening to help provide you with safety and security. Please help us in maintaining it.
