Please plan now for the institution-wide stationery order taken at the end of August. The collective order helps keep costs low – the higher the volume, the lower the cost. Consequently, it is most economical to overestimate needs and store a small surplus.
I will be accepting orders from now through Thursday, Aug. 20, when orders are due.
For order instructions, go to the marketing communications website. Continue to purchase all non-departmental stationery (including “second-sheet letterheadâ€) through the university’s print services.
Please contact Danette Newkirk (dnewkirk@georgefox.edu) if you have any questions.

This includes all requisitions which must be budget checked, approved and converted to purchase orders, and products or services ordered by May 31, 2015, to ensure that items are received by June 30, 2015.
Fiscal year 2016 purchase orders will need to wait until June 1.
If you have questions or concerns, please contact Matt Hammar by email (mhammar@georgefox.edu) or call ext. 2162.

Despite a loss in the championship game, it was a historic season for the university’s women’s basketball team. The Bruins, picked in the preseason to finish fourth in the Northwest Conference, went undefeated (32-0) until a title-game loss to Thomas More in the NCAA Division III finals.
President Robin Baker attended the Final Four in Grand Rapids, Mich., and wrote a blog piece about the experience. You can read it here.
