The Nutrition Matters grant at George Fox is sponsoring upcoming cooking demonstrations. If you would like to learn how to make a healthy meal, join us in Canyon Commons on Feb. 20, Feb. 27, and March 5, from 5 to 6 p.m.
Emily Forbes, a George Fox alumna and local nutritionist, is passionate about helping students learn to make healthy meals. You will walk away with a sample, knowledge of how to make a dish, and the recipe. It’s like watching a cooking show, but you actually get to taste the food!
Any questions should be directed to Kristi Welker at kwelker@georgefox.edu.
