Join us for “Real Talk,” an event created for George Fox students by the Act Six Cadre 16, this Monday, April 17, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Canyon Commons 101.
Our goal is to bring influential speakers from our community to share their experiences as a George Fox student. We will be real and talk about the uncomfortable conversations and barriers as a young adult.
Come learn about the upbringing and the obstacles that Khadija Bruce went through. She is an elementary school teacher for Portland Public Schools and plans to climb the education ladder in order to restructure our educational system. Her goal is for quality education to be equitable for anyone.
Contact David Morales Sanchez at dmoralessanchez22@georgefox.edu with any questions.

Hello! We are a group in the WRIT 310: Professional Writing class and would appreciate if you would fill out our survey regarding a hypothetical winter fair for intergenerational connectivity. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback from our valued community.
The fair would take place in the wintertime, ideally February, and would be a culmination of intergenerational activities such as letter-writing, cupcake decorating, and other activities to appeal to all generations.
The survey will take fewer than five minutes to complete. We assure you that all responses will be kept strictly confidential and used only for research purposes. Your feedback is very important to us and will help us better understand the needs and preferences of the community.
Thank you in advance for your time and valuable feedback.
Contact Katie Koenig at kkoenig19@georgefox.edu with any questions.

Campus Public Safety will be conducting its annual bicycle roundup starting Wednesday, May 3.
Here are the details:
- At the end of spring semester, a university-wide bicycle cleanup is conducted. Bikes that are illegally parked, unregistered or inoperable will be impounded. Bicycle racks need to be cleared to do routine maintenance to the bike racks and surrounding areas.
- Bicycles may not be stored on campus during the summer semester. Claims for impounded bikes may be made at the CPS office.
- If you are staying on campus over the summer and plan to keep a bike here, please stop by Campus Public Safety to get a sticker ID. Move your bike to the rack that is closest to your summer housing.
