Faculty, thank you so much for the involvement and support for the Peace’d Together Intercultural Conference.
Some of you are requiring students to attend the conference. If this is the case, please make sure the students know that they can’t attend unless they register. Registration closes Wednesday, April 10. It would be great if you could send out an e-mail to your classes to make sure they know that in order to attend they must register at the following link: http://bit.ly/gfupeace.
Again, thank you so much! The conference is going to be awesome!

Are our students ready to beat the odds in their professional job searches? We have a way to spruce up those job-search skills through Optimal Resume on MyGFU/Career Services.
Students can build a resume, cover letter, interviewing, eportfolio, website, and articulate skills one competency at a time, or they can join us in the 10-Step program to become an Optimal Job candidate. The program is set up in BruinCareers/MyGFU; don’t hesitate to ask us about it.
Here’s a quote worth thinking about: “Your job skills will not get you a job … but your job-search skills will.”
– Job Search Strategies, Bud Clarkson
Thank you,

Join us today (Wednesday) in chapel as Rev. Samuel Rodriguez joins us. CNN named Rodriguez “the leader of the Hispanic Evangelical movement,” and The Wall Street Journal identified him as one of America’s most influential Hispanic leaders – and the only religious leader on the list.
An Assemblies of God ordained minister since the age of 23, Rodriguez serves as senior pastor of New Season Christian Worship Center in Sacramento, Calif., where he resides with his wife of 23 years, Eva, and their three children.
Come join us at 10:40 a.m. in Bauman Auditorium.
