Today is last chance to get flu shot on Newberg campus
Today (Thursday) is your last chance to get a flu shot on the Newberg campus. The clinic is located in Hoover 103 and is open today from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Please come prepared:
- Prefill and bring the insurance vaccination form (Kaiser Vaccination form; General Insurance Vaccination form)
- Bring your insurance card
- Wear loose or flexible cuffs to expedite the vaccination process
- Wear a mask and keep at least six feet distance from each other
A list of accepted insurance coverage is available here. For those without accepted insurance, the cost is $30 (cash or check ONLY).
