Volunteer to help at undergraduate commencement on May 2

The Office of Academic Affairs is still looking for several volunteers for spring undergraduate commencement on Saturday, May 2, and we are asking for “all-community” participation.

There will be two separate ceremonies again this year, with the schedule as follows:

  • 11 a.m. — Division of Humanities, Honors, College of Education, Division of Health & Behavioral Sciences, and George Fox Digital
  • 3 p.m. — Division of Engineering, Science, Art & Business

Volunteers are vital to the smooth execution of the day’s events and help make the day memorable for our graduates and their guests. This event is so much fun, and it could not happen without you!

Please sign up for a time to serve in one of the two ceremonies. All who volunteer will receive an additional day of vacation time. If you sign up for both ceremonies, lunch will be provided too.
