Curious about Quakerism? Take HIST/THEO 285: “The Quaker Way” in the spring!
Along with surveying Friends history from the movement’s origins to its current status as global church, students will learn basic Quaker theological ideas, with special attention given to how these ideas are situated within broader Christian thought. Students will also engage regularly with Friends practices and the world of contemporary Quakerism.
This course will be accessible to students of all faith backgrounds, and requires no prerequisites.
