Join us today (Tuesday) at 4:30 p.m. in Hoover 102 for the faculty teaching and learning workshop, “Offering Meaningful Feedback Without Losing Your Soul.”
As the semester’s end draws nearer, we may feel overwhelmed by the daunting task of providing meaningful feedback on our students’ work. In this participatory teaching-learning workshop, longtime Professor of English Melanie Springer Mock will share best practices for offering feedback that encourages student learning and reinforces course outcomes.
We will also explore ways our feedback can support the university’s mission, including the Be Known promise.
