Hadlock offers a wide range of GroupX fitness classes this semester
University Recreation is super excited to have all of you back! We want to inform you about the awesome GroupX fitness classes we are offering this fall semester.
- Employee-Only Functional Fitness: Mondays and Wednesdays at noon
- Pilates: Mondays and Wednesdays at 4 p.m.
- Yoga: Tuesdays at 6:15 a.m. and Fridays at 2 p.m.
- Cycling: Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
- Line Dancing: Tuesdays at 6 p.m.
- HIIT: Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m.
- Power Cycle: Wednesdays at 6 p.m.
- Full Body Burn: Thursdays at 4 p.m.
- Circuit Training: Thursdays at 6 p.m.
