Make note of new contract submission procedure
We are implementing a new procedure for submitting contracts at the university. Effective immediately, please send all contracts and related correspondence to our new centralized email address:Â gfcontracts@georgefox.edu.
This change is part of our effort to streamline the contract process and ensure proper documentation and review, along with providing a centralized place for communication. This email is monitored by several people, so please do not CC additional recipients.
Important Reminder:
All contracts will undergo a legal review before they can be signed. This review process can take some time, so please plan accordingly and submit contracts well in advance of any deadlines or expected start dates.
Thank you for your attention to this new process and for helping us maintain compliance and consistency in our contracting procedures. Look for a new contract policy soon.
