Help build a community garden for Bruin Community Pantry produce
Come help out at the Newberg Peace Garden, which will help supply the Bruin Community Pantry with fresh produce. Here is when you can help:
- Today (Thursday), from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, May 3, from 9 a.m. to noon
We will be planting hedges and building raised beds both days. This is a tangible way to care for our neighbors and steward the resources of creation. Meet us at the garden, which is directly behind the Newberg First Presbyterian Church. Any amount of time you can give will help us finish this project.
