Cook your own tasty wellness bowl on May 6

Create a personalized wellness bowl during “Cooking with Class” from 11 a.m. to noon Tuesday, May 6, in Canyon Commons. 

Using nutritious ingredients like whole grains, fresh produce and lean protein, you’ll learn how to build meals that support energy, heart and vision health – all while being mindful about your sugar intake.
