‘Cook with Class’: Build your own wellness bowl on May 6

Join us from 11 a.m. to noon on Tuesday, May 6 in Canyon Commons for an exciting hands-on class where you’ll learn to build your own wellness bowl using fresh, nutritious ingredients. It’s the latest installment of “Cook with Class,” brought to you by Bon Appetit and the Wellness Committee.

Discover how to combine grains, fruits, vegetables and proteins to support energy, vision, heart health and balanced sugar intake. We’ll cover simple prep techniques, healthy seasoning tips and smart ingredient choices – all while creating a delicious, personalized bowl you can enjoy.
