Relax and be mindful at UREC’s Yin Yoga class

Yin Yoga is a slow and mindful form of yoga where poses are held for longer periods of time and props are often integrated in order to release tension deep within the connective tissue. This class is perfect both for those who have never tried yoga before and those who are experienced! Essential oils will diffuse during class, and we will close with a meditative prayer.
