Help DPT program by participating in research study
The Doctor of Physical Therapy program is conducting a research study, and we’re looking for research participants!
The study will compare the effects of two peak exercise tests for individuals aged 60 to 90. These tests consist of a one-minute sit-to-stand test and a 30-second Wingate bicycle test. We will also be assessing blood lactate levels via finger prick testing to compare between the two tests.
Testing availability will begin Friday, Feb. 23, and will be scheduled per student and participant availability, typically on weekdays, with an emphasis on Friday mornings. If you would like to be considered for this study, please click this link to be taken to a Google intake form.
You will be contacted to discuss further details of this study and determine your eligibility for it. Thank you for supporting our program!
