Join Mediation as Civility event on Jan. 23
One powerful tool for healing our polarized communities is community mediation. Yamhill County has had a volunteer community mediation program for 25 years, but now it’s getting a boost with help from the Neighbor-to-Neighbor Community Dispute Resolution Center in Salem.
What will this mean for our area? What opportunities will it provide for those locked in disputes? What about for those who want to be healers in our community?
Come and find out from two Neighbor-to-Neighbor staff members, and the director of George Fox’s Civility Project, in our Mediation as Civility event at 7 p.m. on Jan. 23 in Hoover 105.
