In the Office of Student Life, we are continually evaluating ways in which we can better serve and address the needs of students. We are seeking ways to help students maintain their mental health and well-being during their time at George Fox.
We are asking you to take a few moments to complete this anonymous survey that will provide us with more information about individual mental health needs, experiences with current mental health services, and preferences for the mental health services offered on campus.
The results of the survey will be used to inform the development of potential new mental health programs and services that are tailored to meet the needs of individuals in our community.
This survey is an active collaboration between Sharia Hays, EdD, dean of student care and operations, and the university’s PsyD consult, education and program evaluation II team; Joel Davies, MA; Dennis Kurtz, MA; Liberty Lillibridge, MA; and Hunter Schow, MA.
