Do you want to grow and develop as a leader? Is growing your leadership presence part of your performance goals or faculty growth plan for 2019-20?
If you answered “yes” to either of these questions, then you may want to consider applying for the Leadership Development Initiative (LDI). The program welcomes George Fox employees who desire to grow in their current role or seek to prepare themselves for future leadership roles.
