Some FoxTALE tips for faculty members

The 2018 Spring course sites have now been hidden to students. If you want to make any of the 2018 Spring course sites visible to them, follow these steps:

  • Select “Administration” menu>Edit settings
  • In the “General” section,  look for the “Visible” setting
  • Change “Hide” back to “Show”
  • Scroll to bottom and “Save changes”

You can use the same procedure to make courses visible to students for 2018 Summer course sites.

Unrelated to hiding courses, but helpful to know: In your Dashboard “Courses view,” your courses are now listed in three tabs: “In Progress,” “Future” and “Past.” You can control how your courses are listed by entering each course site and adjusting the start and end dates.
