Join in night of worship tomorrow in Stevens Center
The SpiL Shalom team invites the campus community to an on-campus worship event, “The Burn,” tomorrow (Friday) from 6 p.m. to midnight in the Stevens Center. The music will continue all night, as led by 12 different student worship groups.
Our goal: To make intentional space for God to move and speak. What does it look like to worship God through the “highs and lows” … when we feel like it and even when we don’t… when we are happy and well fed and when we are tired/cranky? We are challenging students to commit to the entirety of the six-hour event to worship Jesus and sit in his love with expectancy. However, please feel free to come and go as you need.
We will also have some stations/communion available. There is so much potential to bring all of our groups together for a night of unity; we hope you will join us!
