‘Lovable lentils’ discussed at cooking class March 6

Come join Nutrition Matters as Emily Forbes from “Love and Plants” gives a cooking demonstration on how to use lentils in everyday meals. Join us at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, March 6, in Canyon Commons 101. Free food is available afterwards, and credit is available for nutrition classes.
