It’s not too late to take part in 125 Days of Wellness Challenge

The 125 Days of Wellness Challenge has started, but it’s not too late to join a team! Just sign up by Friday, Feb. 10. For those already signed up, review helpful links on our Staff Development webpage.

Bonus Challenge: This week, submit one healthy tip, exercise or recipe on the 125daysofwellness Facebook page and credit yourself with 125 extra points per person (one-time entry).
