Info sessions on summer academy program set for Friday

Are you interested in getting highly desired skills that could jump-start your career, no matter what your major? Then consider applying for the George Fox/BendPoly Summer Academy to be held on campus this June and July.

You’ll get top-notch training in the tools and strategies of digital marketing, taught by industry leaders from places like Google. Digital marketing is a dynamic, growing field that uses online and mobile platforms to entertain, engage and inform.

Here are the details:

  • June 6-July 28
  • Free, plus you earn a $1,000 stipend upon completion
  • Application deadline April 22, or until filled
  • BendPoly website and online application
  • Open to all current students, including seniors graduating in April

Whether you want to work for Nike or World Vision, every company and organization is looking for people with these skills. By completing this program, you will be a sought-after candidate for high-paying opportunities. So whether you are an engineering, art and design, business or philosophy student, your unique skills can be used in digital marketing.

  • 2 p.m. in the Digital Marketing class in Stevens 208
