Know students who need help with MLA style?

Knows students who need help with MLA style for citations? Encourage them to attend a workshop, “Using MLA Format Effectively,” today (Wednesday) from 3:30 to 4:15 p.m. (note time change) in Hoover 105.

In this session, Kristie Richman, adjunct instructor of English, will cover the Modern Language Association citation and reference formatting, along with several guidelines for writing in MLA style. MLA is commonly used in humanities courses such as English, literature and modern languages.

The workshop is sponsored by the Academic Resource Center.
