Updated hardware and software procurement policy

Please note that IT, in conjunction with purchasing, has an updated hardware and software purchasing policy. The updated purchasing policy can be found on the IT website.

The updated policy clarifies:

  1. When IT should be involved in software purchase (including web-based or Software as a Service software)
  2. IT involvement and approvals needed for hardware purchasing
  3. Accessibility guidelines in all technology purchasing
