IDEA Center’s open house set for this afternoon

This is a reminder to attend the ribbon cutting of our new IDEA Center! Grab a bite to eat and take some time to network with guests from different industry sectors. The open house is today (Friday) from 2:30 to 4:15 p.m. in the Duke Atrium on the first floor of the Stevens Center. Special sessions include:

  • 2:40 p.m. in Duke Atrium: “Making Your Career Your Calling” – US Digital CEO David Madore
  • 3 p.m. in Stevens 209: “Many Roads Lead to High Tech” – Victor Solano, User Experience Manager, Autodesk (you don’t need to be in a tech major to attend)
  • 3 p.m. in Stevens 107: “Getting and Nailing the Interview” – Aliza Scott, VP of HR and Organizational Development, Tripwire
  • 3-4 p.m.: Networking for those not attending a class session
  • 4 p.m.: Ribbon cutting with President Robin Baker
