Conflict resolution is topic of Jan. 28 presentation on campus

An experienced attorney, mediator, arbitrator and instructor will discuss ways to effectively resolve conflict at a Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest meeting on the Newberg campus Tuesday, Jan. 28. The event will meet from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the Villa Academic Complex.

Speaker David Schlachter helps individuals, families, churches, organizations and businesses transform the challenge of unresolved conflicts and mishandled differences to healthy relationships and solutions that benefit those involved and those watching. He utilizes a faith-based approach, relying on values and principles from the Bible.

Schlachter is a part of the Crossroads Resolution Group. Previously, he served as a vice president for Peacemaker Ministries, directing The Institute for Christian Conciliation from 2005 to 2012.
