Mail Services can return student class papers to mailboxes

Attention academic departments (faculty and administrative assistants): Mail Services can return student class papers to the student’s mailbox.

Here are the guidelines for enforcing FERPA law:

  • Staple or fold the class paper so no grade or grading comments show
  • Be sure student name and box number are clearly visible (we can’t open the paper to determine the recipient)
