The women’s basketball team opens its season this weekend by hosting the George Fox Classic Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15-16, in the Wheeler Sports Center/Miller Gym. The complete tournament schedule:

Friday, Nov. 15, 6 p.m. – Linfield vs. Wheaton (Ill.)
Friday, Nov. 15, 8 p.m. – George Fox vs. California Lutheran
Saturday, Nov. 16, 4 p.m. – Linfield vs. California Lutheran
Saturday, Nov. 16, 6 p.m. – George Fox vs. Wheaton

Tickets for the tournament cover both games each evening and are the same as for other regular-season games: Adults – $7; George Fox alumni – $5; non-George Fox students and seniors 60 and older – $3; “Classic Bruins” (alumni who graduated 50 or more years ago) – $2; children 6 and under and George Fox community with school ID – free.

The men’s basketball team opens its season Friday and Saturday, Nov. 15-16, at the Lee Fullmer Classic in Redlands, Calif. The men’s and women’s cross country teams will participate in the NCAA Division III West Regional races on Saturday, Nov. 16, at the Pomona-Pitzer Course in Claremont, Calif.
