Request video recording from media production services
Fall semester is nearly upon us, and those of us in media production services want to make sure you’re aware of the services we provide. We are your one-stop shop for on-campus media equipment and event recording. We’re here to help you with staffing and recording your large event in Bauman Auditorium, getting you a document camera for your science class, and everything between.
If you take a look at our website, you’ll notice a lot has changed since last school year. In addition to updated information about our recording services, our system for reserving rooms, equipment, and requesting recording has all moved to 25Live. For those of you familiar with the R25 calendar system, 25Live is its “big brother.” By going to this link, you can create an event, reserve a room and request equipment and recording, all in one go.
Need a little help getting started with 25Live? Our new YouTube page has you covered. Check in often for new tutorials for 25Live and more.
Since most of our workforce is made up students, we try to schedule as much as we can for them before classes start. As such, please try to make as many requests for event video recording and live-streaming before Aug. 26. Simply select “Video Recording” or “Live-Streaming” from the Resources list, and we’ll be in touch.
