Experts on tragedy of sex trafficking speak on campus April 23
A Vancouver, Wash., couple who for decades have ministered to victims of child sex trafficking both domestically and internationally will be the featured speakers Tuesday, April 23, at the monthly Newberg meeting of the Christian Chamber of Commerce of the Northwest.
The meeting is from 7:30 to 9 a.m. in the Villa Academic Complex. There is a $5 suggested donation for guests.
Cyndi Romine is known as one of the leading international experts on the tragedy of child sex trafficking. She has labored for this cause for the past 23 years, working in tandem with her husband Greg, a pastor, evangelist and missionary.
Founders of Romine Ministries and King’s Church in Vancouver, Greg and Cyndi served as full-time missionaries in the Philippines and Hong Kong and are now doing international evangelism. As an evangelist, Greg has spoken on six continents, in 60 nations, over the last 35 years.
