State of freedom in U.S. states discussed tonight

The campus community is invited to a lecture, “The State of Freedom in the 50 States,” tonight (Monday) from 7 to 8 p.m. in Hoover 105. The presentation will be made by Dr. William P. Ruger, assistant professor of political science at Texas State University, as part of the spring Liberal Arts and Critical Issues series.
