Bon Appetit serving cultural specials this week
Please join Bon Appetit for dinner this week as we once again help celebrate Cultural Celebration Week by preparing dinner menus from across the globe.
In addition to our normal menus, this year we will also be featuring:
- Tuesday: Indonesia beef satay with rice and Jamaican Escovitch chicken with mango chutney
- Wednesday (Pan Asian): Japanese sushi, Vietnamese pho and South Korean chicken bulgogi
- Thursday: Traditional Thanksgiving buffet
Cash price is $10 for all guests, visitors and non-meal plan students.
