Tickets still available for cooking class Friday night
Only nine tickets remain for this Friday night’s (Nov. 9) “Full Flavors Cooking Class” being offered by food and nutrition in business students. Come learn how to put together a five-course, autumn-inspired meal with seasonal ingredients! We’ll teach you how to prepare a beautiful, delicious holiday meal from 6 to 8 p.m. in Lemmons 5.
A meal and a free recipe book are included. The night’s menu is Mexican hot chocolate, coffee and tea; prosciutto-wrapped dates with goat cheese; curried pumpkin bisque; sweet potato and kale Alfredo pasta; wild mushroom bruschetta; and pear clafouti.
