Encourage students to attend research paper workshop Friday
Know of students who could use some tips on writing research papers? Encourage them to attend “Steps to Writing a Successful Research Paper” from 10:40 to 11:30 a.m. Friday, Oct. 19, in Hoover 105.
The workshop, hosted by the Academic Resource Center (ARC), will feature Gary Tandy, professor of English, and Jane Scott, public services librarian. Gary will provide writing tips and Jane a step-by-step guide to campus and Internet resources for research papers.
