Feeling stressed? Come to Friday morning workshop

Feeling stressed? The Academic Resource Center is hosting a workshop, “Managing Stress,” today (Friday) from 10:40 to 11:30 a.m. in EHS 125.

This workshop will give effective and concrete tools to help college students manage the stress of college. Topics will include time management, test anxiety, insomnia, roommate and relationship issues, and utilizing stress to your advantage. Our presenter will be Laura Helmer from the Health and Counseling Center.
