Bon Appetit celebrates Native American heritage with Tuesday’s menu

Did you know that the month of November is Native American Heritage Month? Get to know fun facts through Bon Appetit’s table tents and join us today (Tuesday) for a meal inspired by this culture.

We’ll be featuring Hunters Stew, a meal inspired by the Choctaw Indian nation in the southeastern part of the U.S. This rich and flavorful stew contains buffalo, beef and assorted seasonal root vegetables simmered in a rich sauce and will be served with succotash and cornbread.

Please join us today in either Klages Dining Room, the Bruin Den or at faculty lunch as we help to celebrate part of the heritage of our great nation.
