To avoid injuring our cleaning service team, please dispose of any items with sharp edges in the outside bins or contact the Plant Services office for disposal.
Do not place broken items in the indoor bins. The indoor trash bags are not strong enough to create an effective barrier against sharp edges. Thank you!
Questions? Contact Dixie Downey at ddowney@georgefox.edu.

This is your special invitation to enroll in Dominic Done’s RELI 215 course!
Earlier this year, Done wrote When Faith Fails: Finding God in the Shadow of Doubt. The subject of faith and doubt is one he will take on during this spring semester at Fox, when he will challenge students to explore some of the issues that create doubt and discover ways to move through those seasons in pursuit of deep faith.
This is a great opportunity to sit under the teaching of Done, who is committed to helping you be intellectually and culturally prepared to engage in our post-Christian world.
Questions? Contact Brian Doak at bdoak@georgefox.edu.

The season of Advent is upon us, and the Office of Spiritual Life has partnered with faculty and students to publish the 2019 Advent Project. This daily reader is designed, written and created by people in the George Fox community and is intended to point us toward Christ as we await his birth.
Feel free to share it with friends, family and your faith community. Additionally, we will be sending a video at the beginning of each week to introduce each topic (hope, peace, joy and love). We hope it is helpful to you in some form as we celebrate this season of Advent together.

Don’t forget that the Bruin Store buys back books year-round! Bring your student ID and the textbooks you no longer need, and if we can buy them, you will leave with cash in hand.
If you rented books for fall semester through the Bruin Store, the last day to check those books back in is Friday, Dec. 13. Please bring them to the Bruin Store (along with your student ID) during business hours to avoid any late, processing, or non-return fees.
Did you find the book you need but Amazon sells it for less? No worries! Just show us that the same book is being sold and shipped from Amazon, and we will be happy to match the price.
Questions? Contact Paige Jacobs at pjacobs@georgefox.edu.

When young adults turn 18 they age out of the foster care system and often find themselves in need of some basic everyday living items to help them transition to living on their own for the first time. Help us collect basic everyday living supplies for these young adults!
Each living area lobby has received a donation box labeled with an assigned item to collect. There is an additional donation box in the Office of Spiritual Life. Tomorrow (Friday) we will collect all the items you have donated this week and create “launch boxes” that will go to our local Department of Human Services office to support these young adults.
Questions? Contact Makenna Coffee at mcoffee16@georgefox.edu.
