Love the Oregon coast? Join the Stewards of Sustainability Club for our popular annual beach clean-up event! On Saturday, April 6, we will participate in SOLVE’s Treasure the Beach event, where we will be picking up trash on Seaside beach.
For those who would like to carpool, we will depart George Fox around 7 a.m. to arrive at the beach in time for the event from 9 to 11 a.m. Following the clean-up, we will eat lunch and hang out on the beach before returning to campus, getting back by around 2:30 p.m.
For more information and to sign up, look here. We are organizing a carpool, but we are really in need of people to drive! Not only is this a super fun event, it allows us to help keep our beach safe, clean, and beautiful.

Paul Anderson will be commenting on the Holy Week artwork of The Saint John’s Bible every day this week from 11:55 a.m. to noon in the Murdock Library lobby.
Today (Thursday), we will move from the appearance of Jesus to Mary Magdalene in the Gospel of John to the appearance of Jesus to his followers on the Road to Emmaus in the Gospel of Luke.

Do you need a spring closet clean-out? Residence life is putting on a women’s clothing drive for the remainder of the semester, and we need your donations of clothing, shoes and jewelry!
At the end of April, you can shop the campus closet at a thrift event! Every item will be $1, and all the proceeds will be donated to a nonprofit that supports ministry and children’s education in Haiti. There will even be a raffle giveaway for those who purchase items.
Donation boxes will be available until mid-April in residence halls, the library, and the student life office. Make sure to also check your closets at home over spring break!

Grab your friends and sign up for the 5K for Uganda Glow Run/Walk on Friday, April 5, at 7:30 p.m.! The 5K will begin at the Stoffer Family Stadium track.
The cost is $20 for students, $30 for community members, and $10 for children under age 10. The last day to sign up to receive a free T-shirt is today (Tuesday). Sign up at this link.
All proceeds go toward the Doctor of Physical Therapy medical service trip to Uganda, where we will be working with patients in rural communities.

The Comic Book Club, Arts & Crafts Club, Critical Hit Club and Fencing Club are all working together to host an event inspired by the world of Harry Potter!
This Friday, March 22, join us in Hoover 203 at 4:30 p.m. for feasting, fun games, and wizard classes. Then, finish off the evening with an epic game of Quidditch on the quad! All magical activities are muggle and squib friendly. Festivities will run until 7 p.m.

- Fill out the Vehicles Left on Campus Policy form
- Remove any personal belongings from the vehicle
- Park in a lot designated by Campus Public Safety (CPS) personnel
- Leave a key at the CPS office located at 212 Carlton Way
The policy agreement form can be filled out at the Campus Public Safety office or online at the above link.

Through this Q-and-A panel of Christian experts in frequently secular-oriented fields such as communications, business, marketing, economics, and more, we hope to encourage discussions around the best practices and approaches for Christian ethical challenges in the workplace.
