The 2020 senior nursing cohort has created “The George Fox Guide to Health and Wellness” as a part of their community health clinical rotation. It helps educate students on some of the most important aspects of college life, such as taking care of yourself!

We are looking for participants to join a study focused on the link between a specific genre of music (hip-hop) and a runners’ time in the 800-meter run.
This study will require very little of your time, just two trials of the 800-meter run spaced 48 hours apart at the Stoffer Stadium track.
This is a study looking at mental health and perceived barriers to exercise during COVID-19. We are looking at how these factors possibly may have changed from before quarantine until now.
