Come swing dance to live jazz music this Saturday in the Stevens Center

Tuesday, April 18th, 2023

Join the Jazz Ensemble and Swing Dance Club this Saturday, April 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Stevens Center’s atrium for live music and dancing!

Always wanted to learn how to dance? Well, now’s your chance! Swing dance is a partner dance with one person leading and the other person following. We make the basics easy to pick up, but there are plenty of extra moves to spice up the dance floor.

No prior experience is necessary; we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Dressing up is encouraged but not required.

This will be our largest club event of the semester, so be sure to invite your friends and colleagues. Come for live jazz and a wonderful time dancing. Employees and students are welcome!

Any questions? Reach out to the club’s co-president, Mark Berglin, at mberglin19@georgefox.edu.
