Learn folk dancing with Swing Dance Club this Sunday

Thursday, November 30th, 2023

Looking for a fun Christmas activity where you can meet new people, get active, and learn a new skill? Look no further! The Swing Dance Club is hosting a folk dancing event this Sunday, Dec. 3, from 1 to 5 p.m. in the Stevens Center lobby!

We’ll be teaching several different pattern dances, each taught and walked through slowly to include everyone. This style of dancing is lively and fun while being structured and controlled so that people with little to no dance experience of all ages can learn and have a good time! This style of dancing is very active, so lean more toward tennis shoes than dance heels.
