Please submit all transactions as we reconcile all Concur accounts for the 2024 fiscal year

Good morning!  Happy summer!

We are in the process of reconciling all Concur accounts for the 2024 fiscal year, with the goal of clearing out the ADVANCED CLEARING budget line item.

Please submit all transactions made prior to June 30 to prevent them from being posted to the 2025 budget and having George Fox Visa card(s) deactivated.

Friday, July 5, is the goal date for this process.
