Help with promo videos by attending a group fitness class this week

We are filming promo videos for our group fitness classes and need increased participation to showcase our classes. Come to these special sessions to enter a drawing for a Chapters gift card! Your name will be entered once for each class you attend.

This week, we are filming:

  • MMA: 4 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9
  • Yoga: 6:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 12
