Submit your student films to the Fox Film Festival

It’s time to submit your entries for the 2021 Fox Film Festival! The FFF celebrates the best films made at George Fox, and is open to all Fox students. Entries must be submitted by tomorrow (Sunday) at 5 p.m.

It is free to submit your film. In addition to the usual categories, Best Picture, Documentary, Animation, etc., there’s also a category for “Fresh Films.” This is specifically for Intro to Video and other new filmmakers.

This year’s panel of judges includes industry professionals, George Fox alumni, and directors of the McMinnville Film Festival and Signal-to-Noise Film Festival. One of the judges is a founder of the Fox Film Festival, which began 22 years ago.

The winning films will be screened next Saturday, April 24, at 7:30 p.m. in Bauman Auditorium, and will be live-streamed for folks at home. Admission is free.
