Join study on running and leg flexibility

Are you interested in being a part of a study that is looking at the effects of running on leg flexibility? If so, click the link below and select a time that works best for you!

There are three different times available, but if you’re interested and none of these times work please reach out to us! The study will involve a one-mile run along with pre- and post-flexibility measurements.
